When will i receive my order?
We use a number of shipping providers to accommodate different customer needs. Delivery times vary according to where you live and the size of your order. They range from 3 to 7 working days, including processing and preparation of your order. We process and ship out orders every Tuesday and Thursday.

Our studio space is located in Norwood, Johannesburg, South Africa.
Are all your items authentic?All of our items are authentic and carefully inspected before they are sold. We have an extensive knowledge of vintage and new designer items and all items are checked for inconsistencies extensively.
Do your items come with proof of purchase or authenticity cards?
Our items do not come with proof of purchase or authenticity cards unless stated otherwise on the description of the product. This is due to the age of our items and is reflected in our prices. This has no bearing on the authenticity of our products.
All designer bags have been 3rd party authenticated/certified. Certification is available at R300 extra (not included in the price of the bag)
Can i collect my order instead of shipping?
Yes, you can collect your order instead of shipping. Collection option is available at checkout. Please follow the instructions, alternatively visit our Contact us page for more.
Does MOY buy clothing directly from people?
We do not buy clothing directly from people. We operate on consignment basis. To find out more click here.
